If it'll make you feel better, thank them in advance. When you say "Will do," you're letting the person know you'll do something...that's OK. Most messages will not require a response so think twice before you do this again.

On your email overload, I have several email accounts too but they all come in to Outlook. I keep my messages to one screen and as long as I do this, I stay on top of with no worry of something falling through the cracks. Check out my Outlook training at http://www.DigitalBreakthroughs.com.

Re: 27 Email Pet Peeves That Tick People Off As Much As Spam

Peggy - I am guilty of sending the one liners like, "thanks" or "will do". I feel like i'm being rude if I don't response with a confirmation to let folks know that I heard them or that i'm on it. I dont mind them sometimes because it lets me know that the other party is on board.

I currently have over 4 email boxes and i would love to see a post from you about how to shut down some of them without feeling like your are missing important emails!

Re: My Blog Takes Top Honors: Top Business Blog

Nice one. The plugin allows magicJack and Skype calls to be placed concurrently from the same regular or cordless phone.

To place Skype calls just dial * before the number you want to call. Speed dial numbers are available for dialing other Skype users. Regular magicJack calls are placed as normal. For incoming calls, just answer the phone when it rings.

"SkyjackPlugin" can be downloaded at http://www.pcphonesoft.com

Re: Save PowerPoint Slide as a High Resolution Picture

From the author of Image Export: Folks, we couldn't agree more with Peggy. I think I'll give that a try next time. I don't own any of thoses specialized software programs that people buy to do this sort of thing however I do own a nice color printer that can print directly onto a cd or dvd. I give it a try and let you know.

Donald Hughes
http://dink.no-ip.info/CoverSearch/

Re: Changes I Made to My BlackBerry to Make It Easier to Use

On top of it, you’ll feel good to know you’re helping blind date uncensored people help themselves. You always have great tips on PR. You can also promote your events using Say Now. It is basically a way to communicate with your community using your real voice. It is unlike blog posts, text messages or emails because the receiver doesn't know if that is really you. Check it out at www.saynow.com

Re: Social Media Bootcamp – Training Series of Four Classes

Great blog post, Excellent services Aged Corporations for sold to individuals interested in owning an established company with a clean history.

Re: Blogging Bootcamp: Create a WordPress Blog with DIY SEO and PR

Hey Betty, I'm glad I could help. This seems cool. But for Mac users, i wanna introduce an image resizing tool called PhotoMagic, which is powerful and easy to use. It can help you resize your images or photos for photo album, making wallpaper etc. Besides, it supports batch resize and batch saving. Hope this is helpful for you.

Re: Changes I Made to My BlackBerry to Make It Easier to Use

Peggy,
Loved your Blackberry tips.
